Cancellations

• WEEKEND CANCELLATIONS - Deposits are refunded if cancellation is prior to 14 days before arrival date (less $10.00 Service Charge) Less than 14 days deposit will be refunded (Less Service Charge) ONLY if I am able to rent the room.

• WEEKDAY CANCELLATIONS - The above applies except with 7 day notice.
